Dan Blanton, Director of Service, is a Microsoft
Certified Professional, and he holds many other leading industry
certifications. Dan leads our field service group by his
example of excellent customer service on a daily basis. Dan is
responsible for certification and co-ordination of all service
activity of the field technicians. Dan has extensive
break-fix, installation, and computer repair experience. We look forward to providing

Jerry Kelly, Director of Engineering, worked as a
certified field service engineer for General Electric and Roche
Diagnostics. Jerry has been in
the computer & field service engineering field for 20 years. He
provides SCTE his vast knowledge of computers; and he holds a plethora of
industry certifications. Jerry is a certified OEM field service
diagnostics technician, and he is certified on
electro-mechanical devices; many of these systems cost in excess
of half a million dollars each. Jerry was utilized at GE for specialized computer repair
needs for difficult field computer repair calls for major
hospitals, such as , Good Samaritan Hospital, and UCLA. Mr.
Kelly has provided his services to several top Universities,
major clinical labs & research labs including UCI Medical
Center, Loma Linda University, St. Josephs Hospital and
Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Jerry's corporate service
experience has proven invaluable to SCTE. Please feel
